Fred J. Schaeffer Sr., 76, died at one o'clock this morning at his residence, 1105 Elm St. The retired Bethlehem Steel Company employee had been in poor health for the last two years. His survivors include his wife, Rosie, nee Messinger; two sons, Fred J. Jr. and David M., two grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Uhrich, all of Lebanon.
