BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Dickey was born on June 21, 1951 in Pampa. She was raised in Mobeetie and was a 1969 graduate of Mobeetie High School. She married Terry Dickey on June 16, 1971 in Mobeetie. Glenda moved to Perryton in 1973 and resided in the Perryton-Balko, Oklahoma area for 19 years where she was a beauty operator and served as the financial secretary for Key Heights Baptist Church in Perryton. In 1992, she moved to McLean where she worked as high school secretary and later church secretary for Trinity Church in McLean. Glenda loved to help people in need, and most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

SURVIVORS: Husband: Terry Dickey of the home; 2 sons: Brad Dickey of Mobeetie and John Dickey and wife Hannah of McLean; a brother: Eddie Hodges and wife Joyce of Texarkana; a sister: Gail Moke and husband Eddy of Amarillo; 3 grandsons: Luke and Noah Dickey, both of Canyon, and Jaytin Dickey of McLean; 2 granddaughters: Jaylie and Jayla Dickey, both of McLean. Glenda was preceded in death by her parents, Glen D. and Holly Estelle Seitz Hodges.
