Matt died of a heart attack at the age of 72 in 1958. Mary lived eleven years longer and she too died of a heart condition at the age of 74 years, 7 months and 10 days.
Mary's home and heart were always open to everyone. Nieces and nephews spent delightful weeks out on the farm with dear Aunt Mary. She was easy going, hard working, and loved by all.
