Nancy parents, Jacob & Isobel (McCracken) Myers. Melinda parents, Ephrian & Mary (Gilmore) Jordan. Catherine died 1 yr after marriage to Alfred. Alfred buried w/Nancy and 2 sons at the foot of her parents, the Myers. Mary Jane buried in Vincennes with dead first husband Simon Payen and dead 4 yr old son, Willie. Alfred had 14 children. Alfred, Jr died of menigitis at age 27 and is buried at Upper Indiana Presbyterian Church, between Bruceville/Vincennes, IN. Al, Sr/Nancy Lower Ind Pres, Route 61, south of Vincennes.Al/Mary Jane lived on the corner of Busseron/9th St in Vincennes in the home Simon Payen had purchased for taxes. Alfred was a grain dealer at that time. Simon had died of TB in FL. Winfield (Winn) Hayden Reel, son of Al/Mary Jane is the original genealogist of Reels mainly in Knox Co., IN, but had contact with many Reels throughout the United States. Winn died at Lake Stephens, WA, 1 Dec 1960 of lung cancer, buried Everett,WA at Evergreen cemetery. Winn m. Wanda Florence (Brouillett),she died at age 91 in WA. They had 2 daughters, neither married, both were school teachers. One, Rita, died of cancer. One, Valleda Jane still alive in 2002.
