In September 1922, she and Virginia attended the 50th Wedding Celebration of her uncle Newt Simms and his wife, Clarinda Chilson. The Celebration was a major event in Custer Co. at the time, with a photo of Newt & Linda on the front page of the Custer County Chief newspaper and a lengthy article following. Anna married Lindley Baldwin in 1925 and returned to Bellingham, WA. Her daughter Virginia married a Mr. Burch. Virginia died in January 1951, and Anna's 2nd husband Lindley died a few years later, in 1955 at age 81. And so Anna lived out her life in Washington State, where she departed this life and joined her husbands and daughters in 1966.
