Mrs. Fessler Of School Hill Dies At Son's Home
St. Nazianz.-(Special)- Mrs. Lidwina Fessler, 86, died at 4:10 a.m. today at the home of her son, Frank, in School Hill.
She was born April 14, 1854, in Germany, and came here at the age of 2, settling with her parents near Silver Lake in Manitowoc county.

She married Anton Fessler Sept. 2, 1872, and after their marriage the couple settled
three miles northwest of St. Nazianz. He died 24 years ago.
Mrs. Fessler, nee Groetzinger, was a member of the Christian Mothers' society
of Holy Trinity church, School Hill. She is survived by nine children, 24
grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren. The children are four daughters,
Mrs. Frank Sadkowski, and Mrs. John Reinhart, St. Nazianz, Mrs. Peter Brost,of St. Fidelis, and Mrs. John Brost, of School Hill, and five sons, Anton, Carl and George of St. Nazianz, and Joseph and Frank of School Hill. One
child died in infancy.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Gregory church, St. Nazianz. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body may be viewed at her home from tonight until time of services.
