Mrs. Gordon died at 5:30 p.m. Friday at her residence on Smithdale road.
She was a native of Copiah County having been born there Sept. 23, 1901.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas J. Gordon; two sons, Thomas Ray Gordon, Greenville, and Robert B. Gordon, McComb; one daughter, Mrs. Grover Smith, Wesson; three sisters, Mrs. Myrtis Grubbs, Jackson, Mrs. Floyd Dean, Kentwood, and Mrs. A. F. Thibodeaux, Jackson; three grandchildren.
Dr. Wyatt Hunter officiated with burial in Hollywood Cemetery. Catchings Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
