Ed Morrison officiating. Visitation hours at McKown Funeral Home, Silver Creek. Burial Silver Creek Cemetery. Son of Chris and Emelia Gisin Boss, he was born Feb, 27, 1887 in the Gruetli neighborhood of Platte County. Married to Laura Engel Feb 16, 1910 at Columbus. He was preceded in death by his wife in 1972, daughter Mrs. Ray (Bernice) Alexander, two sisters and two brothers.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Lelon Alexander of Silver Creek, Mrs. John E. Sandell of Lincoln, four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
