She was married to John Carpenter and they spent the first years of their married life on a farm near Formosa. Later they moved to Lebanon, Ks. where John worked for the Rock Island Railroad until his retirement. This union was blessed with two sons, Karold and Harold.
Ora was a homemaker, a member of the Christian Church, Rebekah Lodge and the Embroidery Club of Lebanon.
Preceding her in death were her husband and sons, Karold and Harold. Survivors include four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Casket bearers were Cecil Sealock, Bill Atwill, Bryan Gray, Art Atwill, Martin Bausch and Jim Chapin.
Burial was in the Price Cemetery, Lebanon, Ks.
