Mrs. Joseph Schaefer, 76, Rt.2, New Holstein died Friday at Toth Funeral Home, Chilton, where she had resided the past three months.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday at Erbe-Evjen Funeral Home, New Holstein and at 10:30 a.m., at Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Marytown. The Reverend John Rausch will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Mrs. Schaefer nee Anna Schoenborn, was born June 7, 1892, at Marytown, daughter of the late Nicholas and Anna Mullenbach Schoenborn. She attended parochial school at Marytown and was married to Joseph Schaefer on November 24, 1914 at Marytown.

Mrs. Schaefer was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society of the church.

Survivors include her husband; four sons, Erwin of Marytown, Edwin of School Hill, Gilbert of North Fond du Lac,and Wilfred of Fond du Lac; three daughters, Mrs. Frank (Helen)Schad, School Hill, Mrs. Robert(Esther)Schad of Marytown, and Mrs. Ambrose (Erma) Ramminger, New Holstein; thirty-one grandchildren, and one great grandchild. A son preceded her in death.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday until the time of services. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home.
