ROSEDALE.

The funeral of the late ex-Mayor W. D. Mathias will be held from the home on Henning avenue at 2 p.m. today. The remains will be interred in Union cemetery.

Various friends and relatives from other states will be present--D. E. Mathias and D. P. Mathias of Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Emma Phillips and Mrs. Mollie Thomas of Pittsburg, Pa., Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mathias of McKeesport, Pa., Mr. and Mrs. G. F. G. Mathias of St. Joseph, Mo., and F. L. Potter of St. Joseph, Mo.

Following in his father's footsteps, W.D. Mathias is the Mayor of Rosedale, Wyandotte, KS in 1894-1895.
