Mrs. McKee was born Jan. 10, 1914 in Morgan County, Alabama to Robert Henry Hawk and Louisa Butler Hawk. She was married to Louis Clyde Crawford from 1936 until his death March 28, 1968. Mrs. McKee leaves four sons; Joe R. Crawford, Baileyton; Robert (Bob) Crawford, Somerville; Louis Clyde (Tony) Crawford, Garland, Texas; James Michael Crawford, Arab; one daughter, Betsy Ann Duncan, Sorrento, Fla.; and one step daughter, Suzanne McKee Densmore, Cocoa, Fla.
Mrs. McKee is survived by one brother, Willard Hawk, Trinity; and one sister, Burnie Yarbro, Huntsville. Mrs. McKee leaves ten grandchildren and 16 great-grand children.
Mrs. McKee was married to L.H. McKee from 1985 until 1995 when Mr. McKee died. Mrs. McKee was a homemaker, a long time resident of Morgan County and raised her five children in the upper end of Cotaco Valley near Ryan. At her death she was a member of the Little Vine Primitive Baptist Church at Ryan. Annie graduated from Fairview High School in Cullman County.
Funeral service was held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Arab Memorial Chapel with Elder Rickey Harcrow officiating.
Grandsons, Paul Crawford, Daniel Crawford, Ron Crawford, Rob Duncan, and Jim Duncan, and grandsons in-law, Doug Greenberg, and William Avant served as pallbearers.
