Mrs. Fannie Jones, widow of the late J. Lem Jones, and widely beloved Decatur resident, died this morning at eleven o'clock at the residence, 618 Walnut Street.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the residence with Rev. Edward V. Ramage, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, officiating.
Interment will follow in the City Cemetery with Brown directing.
Survivors are one daughter, Miss Ruby S. Jones, Decatur; one granddaughter, Aileene Drake Jones, Sheffield, Ala; one grandson, Gorman R. Jones Jr, Sheffield, Al; her daughter-in-law, Mrs. G.R. Jones, Sheffield, Ala; two sisters, Mrs. Alf Alford, Hartselle, Ala, and Mrs. W. R. Simpson, Tifton, Ga; two brothers, James H. Roberson Jr and Elmer Roberson of Falkville, Ala.
Mrs. Jones was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church and of the local unit of the American Legion Auxiliary.

She was the daughter of J.H. Robinson and Sidney Garner, both born in Virginia. She was a widow when she died of nephritis.
