Mollie Jurgens 1907-1991

Mollie Jurgens, 84, died on Sunday, November 17, 1991, at her home in rural Clearbrook.
Mollie was born May 10, 1907, on a farm north of Fosston to Hans and Anna Leet. She graduated from Bagley High School in 1926. She completed a year of teacher training and taught in rural schools in Clearwater and Polk Counties.
She married Silas Jurgens on June 6, 1936, at Watertown, South Dakota. They farmed in Holst Township, Clearwater County, for many years. Silas died on December 19, 1973.
Survivors include two daghters, Mary Lee (Mrs. Dave) Schroder of Madison, Wisconsin, and Jo Ann (Mrs. Roger) Rhen of East Grand Forks, Minnesota; two sons, Larry of Marbleton, Wyoming and Steve of Clearbrook; and 12 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.
Her funeral will be Thursday, November 21 at 11 a.m. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Leonard with Pastor Eric Midthun officiating. Burial will be in the Bagley City Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3 to 8 p.m. at Cease Funeral Home, Bagley.
