Mrs. Ervin Fosha

The death of Pauline Vogelsang Fosha has brought sadness to all her relatives and friends, all who have greatly admired her for many years.

Pauline, daughter of Herman and Emma Vogelsang was born August 17, 1990 near Randolph, Kansas and departed this life on March 30, 1949, at the age of forty-eight years, seven months, and three days.

She attended the Heller grade school, the Randolph High School, later taking work at Emporia and Kansas State College of Manhattan.

Pauline possessed the charm and ability to make her acquaintances like her. Most of her life was spent as a public school teacher, in which work she has enriched the lives of living tribute, truly worthy of the many good deeds.

Her marriage on March 27, 1943, to Ervin Fosha has been one of a happy union, her home being her chief concern. She was expecially devoted to her aded mother and was with her as much as her health would permit.

Her father and one sister, Mrs. Ellen Vawter, preceded her in death.

Those who deeply grieve are her husband, Ervin, her mother, Mrs. Emma Vogelsang of Randolph, five sisters: Lillian DeWyke, Anna Fitzpatrick, Louise Vogelsang and Hanna Vogelsang of Randolph, and Nell Toburen of Riley. Two brothers: Henry Vogelsang of Riley and Walter Vogelsang of Randolph. Also nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted at the Holmes Funeral Home of Riley by Rev. Willie C. McGuire. The pallbearers were: Leo Hagaman, Otto Heller, Harry Oberhelman, Henry Remmer, Herman Remmer and Walter Siebecker. Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery.
