She was born on October 4th, 1950, to Merlin Sr. and Marjorie (Lorch) Webert at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire, WI. As a child the family moved to Phoenix, AZ where she grew up and graduated from Maryvale High School and attended Glendale Community College. She was married to Thomas Holloman on April 21st, 1973.
After they were married, they moved to Loveland, CO where their two children, Christopher and Emily, were born. She was baptized at Galilee Baptist Church where she was heavily involved. When the family moved back to Eau Claire, she continued her involvement at Salem Baptist Church for many years and was currently active at Calvary Baptist Church. Her ministries included Awana, Sunday school, senior adult ministry and visitations and various serving ministries.
She was also an active member of the local election committee including being chief inspector.
She is survived by her husband ,Thomas; and children, Christopher and Emily of Eau Claire; brothers, Richard Webert of Phoenix, AZ and Merlin Webert Jr. of Princeton, TX; along with nieces; cousins and other extended family.
She was preceded in death by parents, Merlin Sr. and Marjorie Webert; as well as grandparents.
Visitation with viewing will be on Monday September 13th from 4 to 7 p.m. at Fuller Speckien Hulke Funeral Home, 3209 Rudolph Rd Eau Claire, WI 54701 and a memorial visitation an hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday with no viewing.
Memorial service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church at 11 a.m. on Tuesday September 14th with a remembrance lunch to follow. Committal services will take place later in the week at Forest Hill Cemetery in Eau Claire.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Calvary Baptist church's building fund.
She will be sadly missed, lovingly remembered by many and all looking forward to seeing her again in eternal glory.
