The friends and relatives are invited to attend her funeral services on Monday, December 13 , 2010, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., at the Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 o'clock p.m., Sunday night, at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home.
Duffy was born January 3, 1943, in Charleston, SC, to the late Egbert P. Thompson and Reba Crew Thompson.
She had worked as a nurse's assistant and was a homemaker. She also sang in the choir at Dorchester Waylon Baptist Church and was a current member of the First Baptist Church of North Charleston.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Billy Rabon, sons, Robert Rabon (Shirley) of Walterboro, SC, William Rabon (Tracie) of Goose Creek, SC, sisters Alma Howard of Mt. Pleasant and her twin Kerean "Skeeter" Clark, of Summerville. She was predeceased by a brother Ray Thompson. Seven grandchildren Robbie, Matthew, Timmy, A.J., Paul, and Patrick Rabon, Danielle Croxton, and two great-grandchildren Brayden Rabon and Zane Sturgill. Arrangements by CAROLINA MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME.
