Funeral services for Elizabeth Barrow Hughes, 87, of Cullman, Alabama, will be at St. John's Evangelical Protestant Church, the Revs. Bob Kurtz and Jim Walker officiating, with interment in Cullman City Cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hughes died Thursday, Dec. 16, at Hunstville Hospital. She was born Feb. 21, 1923, in Birmingham to William C. and Beulah Lightfoot Barrow. She retired from the City of Cullman as the city clerk.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Walter C. Hughes; and a son-in-law, Mitch Crimm.
Survivors include a daughter, Carla Crimm; and a sister, Pauline Barrow.
