Tingo Frank was the son of Tom and Marsena (Mv-Se-Ne) Frank. He married Amanda Jones, daughter of Nero B. and Lucinda Cox Jones. The Frank-Jones Families were full-blood Creek Indians. Tingo and Amanda were the parents of 10 children. They were married on June 24, 1895 in Arbeka Town, Indian Territory, Oklahoma.
Tingo Frank was the Minister of Arbeka Indian Methodist Church, which in the beginning met in the home of his mother, Marsena Frank, a Baptist. The Arbeka Indian Methodist Church moved about 2 miles to the south to it's present location in 1884.
The Tingo Frank and Saber Jackson families were responsible for erecting the current church building. The Frank's provided the design and the labor and the Jackson's provided the additional land. Tingo Frank and Saber Jackson were first cousins.
