She was a housewife, 37 years old, married, and a resident of Jacksonville, Texas when she died. Informant was Claud L. Bass (I believe this was supposed to be Columbus L. Bass, her husband), Jacksonville; burial was September 1, 1926. Geo. Williamson, Jacksonville, Texas, was in charge of arrangements.
The death certificate states her mother's maiden name was "Surrey". I am not sure where this information came from? I am looking into it more. The handwriting on the death certificate doesn't look to be that of Columbus, but that of a woman. I am thinking it may have been transcribed.

Gravesite Details
Death certificate and the 1900 US Census show her birth year to be 1889, not 1887 as shown on the grave stone.
