Born Feb. 14, 1904, Castle Gate, to Alma Nephi and Mary Margaret Jones Hardee. Married Edna May Reese Dec. 22, 1925 in Price. Coal miner. Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Member United Mine Workers of America, Local 5916.
Survivors: widow, Castle Gate; four daughters, Mrs. Bruce (Elaine) Johnson, Mrs. Mike (Dorothy) Vlamakis, Mrs. Boyd (Joyce) Newbold and MRs.
