Mr. Bupp was born on January 7, 1928, in Shrewsbury Township, a son of the late Norman and Alice (Sauerwald) Bupp.
He retired as a Truck Driver with Beverage Transportation Co. in York after 20 years of employment and also was a life long farmer in the Codorus Township area.
He leaves six daughters, Geraldine E. Miller and Nancy S. Carter, both of New Freedom, Darlene J. Bupp of Red Lion, Linda J. Bupp of Spring Grove, Brenda L. Myers of Christoval, Texas and Sharon K. Spangler of York; five sons, Dennis L. Bupp and Steven M. Bupp, both of Glen Rock, Larry L. Bupp of York, Stanley K. Bupp of Stewartstown, Wayne A. Bupp of Crawfordsville, Ind.; 20 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; He was predeceased by a daughter, Beverly A. Bupp; and two sisters, Charlotte Grothey and Henrietta Mummert.
Burial will be in St. Jacob's (Stone) Church Cemetery, Glenville.
