Walter Stigleman, 87 north of Orestes, died at Mercy Hospital at 12:05 p.m. Monday. The body was taken to the York Memorial Home where rites will be conducted at 2 p.m.
Wednesday. Burial will be in the McGrawsville cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Robert Tobias, Leisure; three sisters, Mrs. Gertrude York and Mrs. Flora Bayless, Elwood; and Mrs. Louie Gallahan, Peru; one brother George W. Stigleman, Janesville, Wis.; and two grand children.
He was born Sept. 27, 1866, a son of Samuel Milton and Mary Stigleman, in Wayne county. On August 11, 1887 he married Laura Etta Graham, who died several years ago.
