Funeral service for Mr. Clarence A. Taylor, 87, of Haynesville, were held Oct. 7 at 2:30 p.m. at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel in Haynesville with the Rev. S.E. Taylor officiating. Burial was held at Stateline Cemetery near Taylor, Ark. Mr. Taylor died Oct 5 at the North Claiborne Hospital in Haynesville after a brief illness . .
He was a native and lifelong resident of Claiborne Parish and
a member of the Stateline Baptist Church near Taylor, Ark.
Survivors include his wife, Beulah U. Taylor; four sons, Raymond Taylor, C.L. Taylor and Herbert Taylor, all of Haynesville and Duwain Taylor of Shreveport; two daughters, Vivian Lewis of Homer and Ollyne Vaughn of Springhill; one brother, Neal Taylor of Price, Texas; 10 grandchildren and· eight grandgreatchildren. Pallbearers were grandsons.
