Mrs. Jensen who lived just west of Ogden on the Lincoln highway was preparing to start a fire about noon Saturday when the kerosene she was using to hurry the blaze, belched forth and ignited her clothes. With her dress afire she ran through the house into the yard and out near the highway where passing tourists from California came to her aid. They summoned Mr. Jensen from the field and Mrs. Jensen was rushed to the Boone county hospital at once where medical aid was given. Death, however, came early Sunday morning.
Early reports told of several cars of people passing the place and failing to stop and render aid to the burning woman.
