Mrs. Amberg, 57, Georgetown, Dies
Georgetown, La - Mrs. Maudie Olden Amberg, 57, of Georgetown died at 11:55 p.m. Wednesday in a Winnfield hospital.

She was the wife of Frank Amberg, a member and past president of the Grant Parish Police Jury.

A native of Rochelle, she was a member of Evening Star Chapter No. ;71, Order of the Eastern Star, Zion Baptist Church and the Georgetown Home Demonstration Club.

Survivors other than her husband, include one son, Larry W. Amberg, US Army, San Antonio, Tex; two daughters, Mrs. Sybil A. Richards of Tioga and Miss Jan F. Amberg of Georgetown; two brothers, Billy G. Olden of Georgetown and Joe D. Olden of Urania, and a sister, Mrs. Avoy Rachal of Natchitoches.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon in the Zion Baptist church at a time to be announced. Burial will be in Starks cemetery near Georgetown under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Winnfield. The remains will be at the family home in Georgetown until time of service.

Georgetown, La - Mrs. Maudie Olden Amberg, 57, of Georgetown died at 11:55 p.m. Wednesday in a Winnfield hospital.
