Evie Wininger Precise, a member of the Pikeville Church of Christ, passed away January 15, 2011 at Rosewood Manor at the age of 88.
She is survived by her children, Joann ( Theo) Reed of Hollywood, AL, Bonnie ( Ferry) Washington of Scottsboro, AL, Robin ( Mike) Taylor of Scottsboro, AL, and David ( Beverly) Precise of Scottsboro, AL; grandchildren, Nancy ( Kevin) Webb, Jim ( Lea) Webb, Elizabeth ( Ruben) Neeley, Erica ( Brandt) Estes, Scarlett ( Brad) Whitmire, Nicole ( Nathan) Martin, Dave ( Kathryn) Precise, and Melissa Precise all of Scottsboro, AL; two step-grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; brothers Calvin, Olan, J.W. Wininger of Scottsboro, AL and Alva Wininger of Skyline, AL; sisters Myrtle Guffey, Kelly Harris, and Billie Cornelison all of Scottsboro, AL.
Ms. Precise is preceded in death by her husband Leonard Precise, parents Jasper and Ada Wininger, brothers Marion, Hollis Wininger, and S.J. Wininger.
Funeral service will be held at Scottsboro Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 18, 2011 with Mr. Charles Washburn and Mr. Bruce Ferguson officiating.
The family will receive friends Monday, January 17, 2011 from 2-9:00 PM at Scottsboro Funeral Home.
