Richardalan Akstin, 71, a native of Astoria, N.Y., and resident of Robertsdale, died Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011. He was preceded in death by his mother, Daisy Henderson Akstin, and his father, Matthew Anthony Akstin. Survivors include a sister, Simonee Tierney of Warwick, N.Y.; and two brothers, Matthew D. Akstin of Livingston, Texas, and Wayne Akstin of Salem Pond, N.C. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 25 at Baldwin Memorial Cemetery in Robertsdale. Arrangements are by Pine Rest Funeral Home Inc., Foley.
