The Rev. Theo Krumrey, pastor of the Methodist Church, officiated. Burial was in the Jelen Cemetery.
Anna Marshall was born to Emil and Pauline Marshall, Feb. 21, 1886 on a farm near Pischelville. There she attended school and helped her parents with farm work until her marriage to Ladimer Albert Vonasek.
They lived on his farm in the Walnut community for 42 years. One son, Emil, was born to them.
In 1948, they moved into Verdigre, where she lived with her son and daughter-in-law until her death.
She was a member of ZCBJ for 58 years.
Preceding her in death were her husband in 1963 and her parents.
Survivors include her son, Emil, of Verdigre; three brothers, Joseph Marshall of Mason, Ill, Max Marshall of Verdigre and Emon Marshall of Verdel; two sisters, Lottie (Emil) Kreycik and Millie (Vincent) Frank of Verdigre.
