Dora Long Tucker, age 96, of Searcy died Friday, February 18, 2005.
She was born April 6, 1908 in Algoa, Arkansas to Iva Kendel and Sarah Bell Aitkens Long.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law Mae Anne Tucker; four grandsons Rene Langston and his wife Shirley of Springdale, Arkansas, Kenny Langston of Austin, Arkansas, Stephen Tucker and his wife Teena of Little Rock, Arkansas, David Tucker of Portland, Oregon, and Howard Morris of Searcy, Arkansas; six great grandsons Robert Langston, Ryan Langston and his wife Shannon, and Ross Langston all of Springdale, Arkansas; Daniel Tucker and John David Tucker both of Little Rock, Arkansas and Peyton Tucker and his wife Yahna of Searcy, Arkansas; three great granddaughters Hannah Tucker and Mary Grace Tucker both of Little Rock, Arkansas and Kinsey Tucker of Portland, Oregon; and one nephew Jimmy Allen and his wife Marilyn of Searcy, Arkansas along with a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lott R. Tucker, Sr.; one son Lott R. Tucker, Jr.; one daughter Donna and her husband F.R. Langston; and one grand daughter-in-law Renee Tucker.
Graveside funeral services were held Sunday, February 20, 2005 at Coffeyville Cemetery in Possum Grape, Arkansas under the direction of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, and interment immediately followed.
