Reda F. Bragg
KERNERSVILLE, N.C. -- Reda Frances Bragg, 61, formerly of Jumping Branch, was dead on arrival in a Winston-Salem, N.C. hospital at 7 a.m. Sunday of an apparent heart attack.
Born, July 14, 1920 in Pear, she was a daughter of the late Willie Bragg and Elsie Plumley Bragg.
Mrs. Bragg was a housewife, and a member of te Westchester Baptist Church in High Point, N.C.
Survivors include her husband, Buren Bragg of Kernersville; two sons, Kenneth of Gambrills, Md. and Harry Bragg of High Point, N.C.; five daughters, Mrs. Bill (Helena) Davisof Gambrills, Md., Mrs. Mickey (Vonnie) Coskey of Daniels, Mrs. Dave (Barbara) Throchmorton of Newport News, Va., Mrs. Michael (Dora) Burgett of Kernersville, N.C., and Mrs. Larry (Diana) Brookman of College Park, Md.; two brothers, Ralph Bragg of Shady Spring and Eldridge Bragg of Jumping Branch; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Vella Harper of Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Robert (Eva) Wilbur of Columbia, S.C.; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel with the Rev. Elmo Alderman officiating. Burial will be in the Goodson No. 1 Cemetery at Abraham.
Friends may call today from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Sons in law will serve as pallbearers.
