Visitation for Mrs. Adams will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home.
Mrs. Adams was the widow of Bernard O. Adams and the daughter of the late Sidney and Mary Melissa Akers Bryant. She was a retired teacher.
She is survived by her daughter, Judith A. (James R.) Villines, Frankfort; and three grandchildren, Edward (Mindy) Villines, Columbus, OH, Melissa (Brian) Hammond, Erlanger, KY and Jon Villines, Frankfort.
