Born at Glentaner, Alxiyne[?], Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Mr. Cooper came to Colorado in 1913 and moved to Roggen in 1915. He was employed by John E. Painter for a time, then worked in the fish and wild life division of the Department of Agriculture. He retired about a year ago.
Mr. Cooper was a charter member of the Christ Community church of Roggen.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Helen R. Cooper; a son, Stuart William Cooper, at home; a sister, Mrs. Perry Workley of [?]; these brothers, John Cooper of Littleton, Alex Cooper of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Robert Cooper of Veedersburg, Ind., Stuart Cooper of Porterville, Calif. and George Cooper of Aberdeen, Scotland.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Friday afternoon from Macys drawing room, with interment at Linn Grove.
