Vonceil was born with a heart defect. She was what they used to call a "Blue Baby". My grandmother said she was beautiful baby, with a pretty, dark tan complexion, thick black hair and blue eyes. The listed dates may not be correct. Granny swore that Vonceil lived to be 5 months and 18 days old, yet her death certificate reads differently.
