Mullins-- Woodrow W. Lambert, 70, of Conway, died Thursday.
Funeral services were held Saturday in Bread of Life Tabernacle, Conway, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery, Marion.
Mr. Lambert was born in Georgetown County, a son of the late Daniel Jack and Callie Newberry Lambert. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and a member of the Bread of Life Tabernacle.
Surviving are his wife, Betty Ballard Lambert, of the home; a son, Woodrow W. Lambert, Jr., Charleston, W. Va.; two daughters: Mrs. Teresa Rogers, Galivants Ferry, and Mrs. Callie Jeffords, Conway; a stepson, Frankie Thompson, Galivants Ferry; four sisters: Mrs. Mollie Williams and Mrs. Lila (sic) Jackson, Myrtle Beach; Mrs. Sudie Williams, Dillon, Mrs. Ora Cribb, Salisbury, NC; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
