Wachtel, and Miss Viola Proctor; two brothers, Charlie Blanks and Robert Lee Blanks; and three sisters, Mrs. Frank Campbell, Mrs. Lafayette Crook, and Mrs. Alex Fennell. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Proctor, and her parents Robert Newton Blanks and Octavia Bethia Fennell Blanks.
