I found Boomer in a snow storm and took her home. My mom let me keep her. She was my best friend. I spent the night babysitting one night. When I came home, I found out that my sister had put her in the yard to use the bathroom. Boomer somehow got out of the yard and was hit by a car. She was taken to a vet but there was nothing that could be done. I miss her still.
