A daughter, Julia Martin Cason, was born 23 Feb 1893, married Andrew Lee Plowden. They were the parents of daughters, Leonora Eloise, and Marion Cason.

A son, William Martin Cason, M.D., married Ruth, of West Virginia. They were the parents of three children, Charles, Jane, and William "Bill."
