Mr. Bill McKinney, of Alma, Arkansas; formerly of Greenwood, Arkansas, died Friday, Feb. 11, 2011, at Summitt Medical Center in Van Buren, Arkansas. Mr. McKinney was 82 years and 24 days old. He was a retired employee of C.B.I.; an ARMY veteran of the Korean Conflict; a member of the V.F.W.; and a member of the Greenwood 1st Baptist Church.
Mr. McKinney was the son Ben McKinney.
Mr. McKinney was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his beloved wife: Doris McKinney; a sister: Lois E. Boyd, of Florida; 1 brother-in-law: Peter Gieiner; 4 nieces; and many, many dear friends.
A graveside service was held on Feb. 17, 2011, at Liberty Cemetery in Greenwood, Arkansas.
