Robert C. Kingler, 57, rt. 5, Lima, a maintenance superintendant for the State Highway Department in Allen County, died at 8 p.m. Monday in Bluffton Community Hospital. Death followed an apparent heart attack. Born Sept. 1, 1912, in Allen County, he was a son of Frank and Dora (Richardson) Klingler. He and June McKee were married March 2, 1932 and she survives. Klingler was a member of the Lima Farmers Club, the Jackson Grange and the Zion Lutheran Church, Lafayette. Also surviving are two sons, Roger L., rt. 5, Lima, and Edward E., Lima; three brothers, Carl, Largo, Fla.; Harold, Paulding, and Weldon, Harrod; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Ruhlen, Lima, and three grandchildren. A brother, Richard, preceded him in death. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the church with Rev. Richard McDaniel officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park, Lima.
