Lifelong area resident Nina Adamson, 88, died Tuesday at Eventide of Sheridan, where she had resided since 1983. Born Dec. 26, 1898, near Dayton, to Morton and Etta Mock, she married Alonzo Adamson on Oct. 24, 1921 in Nevada, Mo. Mrs. Adamson was preceded in death by her husband in 1971, two brothers and a son.
Survivors include a daughter, Ruth Mora, of Denver; a sister Ethel Adamson, Dayton; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one niece, and three nephews. Services are 10 a.m. Friday at Henne Funeral Home, the Rev. Arden Haeffner officiating. Burial will be in Custer National Cemetery.
