Isiah "Joe" Smalls, departed this life Monday at University Hospital. He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Brenda Smalls and Nicole Smalls; one son, Darryle Smalls; one sister, Verneda Smalls; several grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Bethlehem Revival Temple, 610 Willis Ave., with funeral services to follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
