Our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother passed away on February 25, 2011 peacefully surrounded by her family after a long illness.

She was born November 15, 1933 in Abiquiu, New Mexico to Juan and Delores Quintana.

She is preceded in death by her parents, first husband Henry Garcia, Jr., daughter Trina Nelson, and three brothers. She is survived by her husband Anthony Lavadour and her children Benny (Frances) Garcia, Beatrice Dean, Dennis Garcia, Susan (Tom), son-in-law Mike Nelson, Henry (Rhonda), and Juanita Garcia, twenty-one grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 12:00 p.m. in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 715 West 300 North. A Vigil Service will be held on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., where friends may call from 6:00-7:30 p.m., also at the Church.
Committal: Redwood Memorial Estates Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road (1700 West).
