She was born April 11, 1898, in Ruby and was a life-long area resident. She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church and the church's Sarah Circle. She was a past president of the Blue Star Mothers Chapter 15.
She married Charles W. Eveningred October 23, 1920, in Port Huron. He died Feb. 15, 1974.
She is survived by five sons, Russell H. of Ruby, Elton R., Arizona. Donald F., Smiths Creek, and Earl R. and Gerald L., both of Port Huron; 11 grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Frank (Elsie) Lambert, and Cora Bowman, of Bradenton, Florida.
