She was born July 12, 1930 in the Town of Charlestown to the late Hugo & Hildegard (Meyer) Woelfel.
On June 26, 1954, she married Edmund Konopka at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in New Holstein.
Ronalda was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She enjoyed knitting for Christian Charities in the Appalachian area of Eastern Kentucky, crocheting, baking, and cooking.
Survivors include her husband, Edmund of New Holstein; her four sons, Richard (Margaret) Konopka of Chicago, IL , Michael (Helen) Konopka of Lake Villa, IL , Tom Konopka of New Holstein and Jim Konopka of New Holstein; four grandchildren, Amanda, Brian, Kathryn, and Emily; her brother, Robert (Mary) Woelfel of Lake Mills; her three sisters, Margaret Bofinger of New Holstein, Marilyn Nett of Jefferson, and Carol (Roger) Beck of New Holstein; also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Melvin "PeeWee" Woelfel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 28, 2011, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church 1724 Madison Street in New Holstein. Rev. Harold Berryman, Pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
