Edward's 1st wife was Margaret Helen O'Riley (aka: Riley) with whom four children were born: Margaret, Olive, Aloysious and Marian.

Mr. Schubert farmed in the areas of Brewster, Minnesota, Clarkfield/St Leo, Minnesota and retired in Granite Falls, Minnesota. He was well know in the area.

Edward is survived by his second wife, Helen Margaret O'Ryan and his four children. Miss Olive Schubert of Dennis, California, Mrs. Frank (Margaret) Prichard of Inglewood, California, Aloysious Schubert of rural Canby, Minnesota and Mrs. Wayne (Marian) Rogge of rural Clarkfield, Minnesota.

He was preceeded in death by his first wife Margaret Helen O'Riley (aka: Riley)
