Sonya Bovee, age 32 years of Temperance, MI, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2011 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 15, 1978 and was an Angel sent from God. Although she could not speak, she taught us all many things. Sonya was a student of the Monroe County ISD for many years. She also gave us an extended family with all the wonderful nurses that gave her excellent care.
Sonya is survived by her loving parents, Gilbert and Mary LaPointe and several siblings.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 19, 2011 from 12:00 Noon – 1:00 pm at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where a memorial service will follow at 1:00 pm. Memorials may be made to the Monroe County ISD.
