The couple were lifelong members of the Methodist Church, and to them were born the following children : Charles R., a jeweler of Marinette, Wisconsin ; John W. ; Edwin, who died in Leroy, cousin; Frank, a machinist living in Leroy, Michigan ; Julia, widow of James Ellsworth, of Wheeler, Michigan; and Amanda, deceased wife of John Coleman.
