She was born in Chatham County, Ga, daughter of the late Mr and Mrs George Adam Keller and formerly lived in Columbia. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church.

Graveside services for Mrs Theodore A Bell of Coral Gables, Fla, will be at 5 pm Tuesday in Elmwood Cemetery.
Surviving are a son, Theodore A Bell, Jr, Dallas, Texas; two sisters, Mrs William Boyd of Columbia, and Miss Lucia Keller, Coral Gables; and a number of nieces and nephews, including Miss Mary Boyd and Mrs Sherrod Bumgardner of Columbia.
