Louine Scott Crouch, age 86, of Joplin, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2009, at her home. Born Oct. 6, 1922, in Tulsa, Okla., she was the daughter of the late William Vinson Scott and Erma Pauline Franklin Scott and lived in Joplin most of her lifetime. A homemaker, she was a member of St. Philip's Episcopal Church. She married Brice Edward Crouch on Oct. 20, 1940, at Branson, Mo. He preceded her in death on May 28, 2004. Survivors include a son, John Scott Crouch and wife, Bobbie Fay, of Grove, Okla.; two grandsons, Randall Scott Crouch, of Florida, and Sean Scott Crouch, of Carthage, Mo.; and two great-grandchildren. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary. Memorial funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25, at St. Philip's Episcopal Church with the Rev. Roger Stinnett officiating. Inurnment will follow in the church columbarium, after which the family will receive friends. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Philip's Episcopal Church.
